Do Estate Agents provide the same service?
They would like to! Estate Agents will happily market your property for a fee, find you a buyer and then hope the deal goes through.
This can take up to 9 months and there is no guarantee that the buyer will even get a mortgage to purchase your home. Our company is experienced in cash purchases and can complete the process very quickly, so that you receive your money fast.
